An intelligent pineapple slicing and coring machine which can analyze the production rate in the pineapple canning factory. The IOT based machine can adjust its skin peeling and coring speed according to speed of the production line. This is to ensure the freshness of pineapple and reduce the danger of exposing the pineapple to COVID virus in open air after the skin is being peeled off.
