Suicide is one of the leading causes of death for all ages worldwide. In Malaysia, the National Health and Morbidity Survey 2017 reported a rising trend of suicide among young people aged 13 to 17, from 7.9% in 2012 to 10% in 2017. Despite having access to healthcare, at-risk individuals may not necessary show suicidal tendencies during clinical setting. 'ChatWithMe' is an AI chabot that uses deep learning and natural language processing to detect user's emotion and suicidal ideation based on written text conversation.
